My grandfather Patrick James Roche was born at Woodville House, Mountelliot, New Ross in 1876. After World War One he travelled to Southern Rhodesia married in Bulawayo where my mother Moya Roche was born in 1924. She travelled to England in 1946 marrying my English father and I was born 11th November 1947 in Burley-in-Wharfedale, West Yorkshire where I now reside. I travelled to Rhodesia in 1966 until 1982 where I served with the BSA Police and Rhodesian/Zimbabwe Defence Forces. I would like to search for any relatives of Patrick's family, he had an elder brother and two sisters. I would also like to know the Roman Catholic Church where the family attended?

Hello Pam,
If you go to www.rootsireland.ie and search for the baptismal record for Patrick Roche 1876 in Wexford you will find the record. If you open this record it will contain the names of his parents.
You can then put in the names of his parents and you can ssearch for all children born to this couple. You will then have the names of his siblings.
If you are unable to perform the second search then just let me know the names of his parents and I will do it for you.
