How terrible of me not to reply. I am sorry for that. Many thanks for the trouble you took to look for this. I get so bogged down and forget to attend to other things.

I'm not sure about the birth record, as her 1873 death certificate here in NSW lists her as aged 50, with parents Peter Hogan (farmer) and Ellen Doyle. Place of origin Wexford and she arrived age 18. Though this doesn't tally with her arrival documents whihc state she was 33.

Not sure whihc Thomas it may be, either. Maybe a clue in their children's names and pattern. Mary, James, Ellen, Patrick, Peter, Margaret, Elizabeth, Jane.
