This site is generally used to search for ancestors going back to 19th century.  As the date you are researching is so recent you'll find that there are no birth or baptismal records online, as this date is within living timeframe.

All that I can suggest to you is to look at www.familysearch.org and search this site.  This gives the indexes to births deaths and marriages in Ireland.  If you find your Daniel Casey there (and you probably should) then you need to take down the information and write to the Registrar (or go online at www.groireland.ie) to request the birth certificate.
