My great grandfather William Mills was born in Moy, Co Tyrone in 1830 and baptised in the Parish of Killyman. His father James Mills was a farmer. William joined the Royal Artillery and was based in Plymouth in 1850 where he married Susan Martin who came from Kilkhampton.
