This looks to be George Semple’s death aged 71 in 1900 in Bearney:
Note that the informant was son in law Charles Hagney of Bearney. This looks like him in 1901:

Charles Hegney/Hagney married Matilda Semple on 10.2.1899 at Strabane RC chapel. Her father was George, a labourer. Both bride and groom gave Berney as their townland.
There were a couple of other Semple families in Bearney in 1901:

That appears to relate to Andrew George Semple who married Kate Hamilton at Douglas Presbyterian church on 22.12.1899. His father was George. Andrew’s address was Bearney. Their daughter Lizzie was born 4.11.1900.
This looks to be Andrew George Semple & Catherine in 1911. One child born in Scotland so they had evidently been moving around. They’d had 8 children but only 5 were still alive in 1911:

The above appear to be the children of Thomas Semple and Margaret Stevenson who married in 1868 in Strabane. That cert is not on-line.
There was an Eliza Semple death in 1875 aged 36 in Strabane. It’s not on-line but might be George’s wife. If their last child was also born 1875 then she may have died of post natal issues.
Church baptism records may give you the names of the missing children if you know which church they attended.
