I have a copy of a letter that was read @ the "first Quinn reunion" in 1921.  It states that Denis QUINN was born around 1774-1776 in BARNANE, Tipperary.  He was married to a Margaret KENNEDY.  They had the following children:

John Quinn (married Johanna Galavern)

Michael Quinn( married Mary Boyle)

William Quinn (married Ellen Slattery)

Denis Quinn (married Ellen Flynn)

Mary Quinn(married Michael Clark)

Nellie Quinn (married Denis Quinland)

Margaret Quinn (married Patrick Madden)

Anne Quinn (married Patrick McBride)

Bridget Quinn (married Jame McVoy)

He supposedly tilled the soil.  The lease to this particular piece had been held by their family over three generations.  In connection with farming, it was one of his duties to break all horses on the vast estate of Mr. Carden.  Ultimately, over time, the family came to the United States.  The last to come were Dennis, his son, Dennis, Jr., daughter, Bridget, a Denis Quinlan.  Dennis, Jr. married my ggrandmother Ellen Flynn.  They settled in Alliance, Ohio

Denis lived to be 103-104 years old.  Any information on this family would be much appreciated.
