I couldn;t find Daniel - Spillane marriage record however.

No luck in the Irish Censuses

The Tithe Applotments (free online at http://titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie/) have 16 Traceys in Tipperary in 1823 but no Daniels.

In your response you mentioned 16 Tracey's in the Tithe Applotment Book.  Reviewing these entries I found a Michael, a Thomas and a John Tracey in Modreeny.  They also appear, still in Modreeny, in the Griffiths Valuation.  Your information on the Treacy's of Templmore was quite detailed.  Do you know if there are detailed records, on-line, that might provide this type of information about the Tracey's of Modreeny?
