Benjamin Joseph Renison born 8th May 1836 at Lockeen Glebe, Parsonstown, Kings Co, Ireland.
I believe the parish was Lockeen Church. This is my great grandfather's brother. I am hoping to find out for sure who their parents were. My g. grandfather was William Robert Renison born in 1839/40. Place of birth unknown.
We believe their parents were Robert Renison (Rennison) and Jane Eddington married in St Cronan's Church, Birr. This marriage record has been found in the church by a relative who visited Ireland last year.

My Church of Ireland guide seems to indicate that Parsonstown is part of the parish of Birr. There’s a copy of their parish records in the National Archives of Ireland in Dublin, on microfilm. (A personal visit is generally required to view them). Alternatively you could write to the Vicar. Generally the Church of Ireland charges a fee if the Vicar agrees to look the record up. Birr’s records go back to 1772.

Can someone please give me a contact e-mail for St Brendan's church of Ireland church and Loughkeen church. I would like to try and get information about the Renisons who lived in the area from about 1828 onwards.
