My GGrandfather was William Condon born 11-04-1864 in Grangebeg, Kiltinan,parents James Condon and Mary Connelly( or Connolly).I have no marriage on James and Mary. All i have is that James was born in Co. Tipperary.I am trying to locate James in Griffiths Valuation but cant find him in that area.Any help is appreciated.

The RC records for that parish are in Fethard RC church. That church is part of the Archdiocese of Cashel and Emly and records for that diocese are not online.
Later this summer the National Library of Ireland plans to place all RC parish registers online for free searching. I would review the fethard records at that time for the marriage record and possible siblings of William.
The Griffiths Valuation for Co. Tipperary was conducted in 1850. There are a number of James Condons in Co. Tipperary but none in Kiltinan parish. Likely James was not leasing land at that time and would not be in the Griffiths.
