As you can see from the link below, Kilfeacle is a Civil Parish in Co. Tipperary:

Records for the corresponding Roman Catholic Parish of Golden begin in 1833.

However, I checked www.rootsireland.ie on the basis that James was perhaps born in a different parish and there are 3 matches for a James Mullany in Co. Tipperary baptised in 1806, 1805 and 1802. As this is a subscription site I am limited in what information I can see. It may be that none of these three records are relevant to your family search.  There are also two matches for a James Mullany marriage between 1827 and 1837. It might be a good idea to have a look at these to see which, if any are relevant.

There are no James Mullany entires on the Griffith?s Valuation (1847-1864) in Kilfeacle but there are 3 for Caher:

I will check those entries for James birth & marriage.

I have searched the Kilfeacle -Golden church registers for the births of James & Aemy,s five children & they are all there as well as a James Mullany being witness to several marriages &1 baptism.

Are the records for the parish deaths from 1833 available yet as I haven't come across them. I know James & Aemy were both dead before their children came to Australia, so sometime before 1860.

We have actually visited Kilfeacle in 2012 & found Aemy,s headstone in the Cemetery just below the Church but nothing for James.

Is there anyway to check Deaths for Kilfeacle Parish, particularly for any Mullany deaths 1850 +\_ 10 years.

There are not many parishes that actually have parish death records - they simply were not kept/recorded. According to the info I have there are none for Golden up to 1900 or thereabouts. Anything after 1864 will be recorded as a civil record and you should be able to get a copy from the General Register's Office:
