I'm not related to these families, but from my research of the families located around London, Middlesex Co., Ontario, Canada and the nearby area of Biddulph, Middlesex Co., Ontario, Canada I pick up the following families that had children baptized in Kyle, in the Cloughjordan parish records:

1.  Dennis Toohey b. circa 1799 (supposedly the son of Patrick Toohey & wife Bridget Mary O'Meara) and his wife Bridget Costello b. 1806 - Had daughter Judith Toohey baptized Jun 29, 1837 in Kyle with Ned Cahill & Margaret Quigley as sponsors; son Cornelius baptized Mar 30, 1840 in Kyle with Martin & Mary Tierney as sponsors.  Other children born in Ireland with no baptismal record found in Ireland: John b. 1823; Patrick b. 1827; Timothy b. 1829; Dennis b. 1831 and Michael b. 1835.  Family lived in Biddulph

2.  Patrick Whalen b. circa 1819 and wife Anne Cooney b. circa 1825 (Married in Kyle on Jan 15, 1839) - Had son James baptized in Kyle on Nov 30, 1840 with sponsors being John Cooney & Margaret Cooney.  Son John born circa 1844 in Ireland - no baptismal record found in Ireland.  Family lived in Biddulph

3.  Thomas White b. circa 1814 and wife Hanora "Anne" Collins b. circa 1818 - Had son Michael baptized Jun 12, 1842 with sponsors Dennis Shanahan & A. Clancy.  Family lived in London, Ontario, Canada.

4.  Mary White (possibly daughter of Michael White & Honora Smith) b. 1820 married Thomas Shanahan b. 1817 on Nov 10, 1839 with no address given.  Witnesses were Patrick Blake & J. Kelly.  Couple immigrated to Canada circa 1840.  Son Patrick born in Quebec, Canada in 1842; daughter Hanora b. 1845 in London, Ontario, Canada.  Family moves to Detroit, Michigan.

5. Patrick Hawkins b. 1817 d. 1859 in London, Ontario, Canada and his wife Margaret O'Meara b. 1821 (possibly the marriage record of None Hawkins and None Mara on Feb 16, 1840 in Rapla belongs to this couple?  Witnesses to the marriage were Mr. & Mrs. John Gleeson) - Had son John baptized in Kyle on Jun 25, 1843 with sponsors being Michael Mara & Catherine Meara; daughter Hanora baptized Feb 21, 1846 with sponsors being Patrick Meara and Margaret Hawkens.  Other children without a baptismal record in Ireland:  Timothy b. circa 1844; possibly Patrick b. 1849 (may have been born in Liverpool, England); Daniel b. 1852 in London, Ontario & James b. 1855 in London, Ontario, Canada.  Uncertain of the whereabouts of the family post 1871 in London, Ontario.

6.  Thomas Quigley b. circa 1810 and wife Mary Tierney b. circa 1810 - Had sons baptized in Kyle - John Quigley baptized Sep 4, 1837 with Anastatia Tierney being a sponsors and Dennis Quigley baptized Jun 18, 1839 with Michael Tierney & Ellen Hogan being sponsors.  Daughter Catherine baptized Nov 21, 1835 with sponsors Michael Cahill & Onny Tierney.  Children born in Ireland, but do not have a baptismal record: Patrick b. 1833; Bridget b. 1841; Thomas b. 1843.  The next child, James, was b. 1845 in Canada.  Family lived in Biddulph.
