If anyone has any information on Andrew Butler (born about 1793) or his wife Sarah Hickey (born about 1795) who married in Cappawhite on 3 Feb 1807, I would be very interested.

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
Cappawhite is the RC parish. I looked at the Tithe records and found an Andrew Butler in Parkroe townland in Toem civil parish which is serviced by Cappawhie so likely this is your ancestor. He was leasing eight acres of land of different quality. See link.

The Cappawhite baptismal records start in 1815 http://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0252 Did Andrew and Sarah have children 1815 or later?

Thanks for the research and information - the family verbal history has them in Kilmore which I note is very near by. I have the births/baptisms of their children and their headstone. I am hoping to be able to trace their parents.

The house was passed down from Martin Butler, Andrew and Sarah's son. Descendants still live in it. Unfortunately Shaites those of us who have been researching our family for over 30 years have yet to find their parents but we are not giving up. My husband and I are going over next year and will be catching up with family members in person to see what we can come up with.

Roger that is correct. Andrew was leasing land at Parkroe and his son had the house later in Kilmore.
