I have been working with a genealogist in Sligo who has given me FR P MYLOTT as a contact so I can obtain the baptism record for my ggmother.
I live in the United States.
Would you know the address of the church?
Do you know how to obtain baptism records?
Any information appreciated.

Are you sure she went to a church in Sligo (town), or was it a nearby townland (in Sligo County)? Catholic or Church of Ireland?
