Elusive GGGrandmother

I am seeking any information and/or advice in my search for details about my gggrandmother, Susan Patterson. The marriage and death record for her daughter, my ggrandmother Mary Moore (1864 - 1941), are the only sources of information that I have about Susan. She married William Moore before 1859 and their children were born in Clones. The surname Patterson does not appear often in this area and I suspect that the Moore/Patterson marriage may have occurred elsewhere.
