This is where Richard John Bagnall was from and his son Edward Bagnall.  I am wondering if their homestead survives?  Or if there are any descendants in the same area?  I'm planning a trip to Ireland in August so am just trying to plan where I am going.

    Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!

Sorry you did not get a response earlier. We only have one parish liaison for all of Meath and she is in the northwest end of the county far from Piercetwon parish. I checked the 1911 census and there was only one Bagnall household in Stamullen parish so I assume your Bagnalls lived in the early part of the 19th century? I did not locate any Bagnalls in Piercetown parish in the 1852 Griffiths Valuation for Co. Meath.

I checked the online phone book https://www.eirphonebook.ie/ and there were eleven Bagnall listings but none in your area. Make sure you use the Residential TAB.

Have you tried Google Maps and Google Earth?

    Have a great trip!
