I'm looking for any information on the Macken family.  Mainly Agnes Macken born 1884 and died 1960.

Her funeral card reads Danestown, Navan County Meath.  Her parents were Patrick and Cathrine Macken.  Siblings Johanna, Alice , Margaret, and James.

  • Julia:

I'm wondering if this is Agnes' family in the 1901 census?

I located a possible record fro Agnes.

Looks like Agnes was back with the family in 1911 in Danestown.

  • Frances,

Thank you so much for the information.  I have been looking for so long and have not gotten anywhere.

But with your help I'm sure I will find out so much.  The marriage records for Patrick Macken/Catherine Thompson, I'm sure are not the ones of my Great Great Grandparents because Catherines last name was Geraghty.

Thank you again for your help.

  • Roger,

Thank you for sending me the links for the census.  They were very helpful.  They gave me information that I did not have.  I have no record of Agnes Maken ever marring.

    Thank You again,

    Julia
