I checked Roots Ireland www.rootsireland.ie and there was very little information. They did not have the baptism for Ann. There is an 1830 baptism for a Mary Kennedy with parents Hugh Kennedy and Margaret Downes. Roots is  pay site to view the transcription from the church record.

I could not locate Hugh in the 1854 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Co. Meath. Perhaps he was deceased or had left Ireland.

Also checked the Tithes with no success. www.titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie
