I am a descendant of the Neary family from the Ballyloughan area. They emigrated to yorkshire in the late 1800's or early 1900's My Greatgrandmother was Bridget Nee Donaghue daughter of Michael and Honor Mc Hale. My greatgreat grandfather was Michael married to Bridget nee Connelly. Any information on any of these people would be gratefully accepted.

The spelling of the townland in Crossmolina p;arish is Ballinloughaun. I pulled up the 1901 census for that townland and there was one Neary family and one McHale family. See below.
