Jason:
The civil marriage record lists the names of the fathers of the bride and groom.
Using Michael Fahy as the father, I located this 1865 civil birth record for Thomas Fahy. See second record at the link
I did not find a record for Margaret.

Jason:
Thomas had two siblings Michael and Pat. Based on the 1901 census, Michael was older maybe born 1821. I did not find any marriage record for Michael Fahy and Bridget Kenny.
