Did you get any success ?

There is a grave for Timothy McCarthy in the Aglish burial ground, with a death date of 1973.

Margaret his wife is also there, there are also a child and two infants in that grave.

A recent addition to that grave was Mary McCarthy who died in Dec 2019. I was recently in the graveyard looking for McCarthys.

Beside it there is a grave for Mrs Charles McCarthy from 1924. There is also a Patrick McCarthy (a priest) who died in 1938.

Admin any chance you could make an Aglish for Kerry and move this thread from Mayo ?

I have a Patrick from 1843, his sons were Dennis 1879, Eugene 1881, Timothy 1883.

Patrick has at least 2 brothers, John and ?, ? married Kate, they have a son Roger, John married Catherine and moved to Gerah.

I went and got a better angle of the headstone this morning

There should also be a James or Jimmy McCarthy, undertakers, in that branch.
