Hi! I am researching the McNally family and I have limited information. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
This is what I have so far: my great-grandmother is Bridget Agnes McNally, nicknamed Della, DOB is possibly 7/13/1886, baptized in the parish of cullen kill (which I'm guessing is Columbkille) on 7/14/1886, Confirmed on 4/2/1894 at St. Raphael's. I believe they were Roman Catholic. She immigrated to New York, USA somewhere around 1892. She shows up in the US census' many times with her husband, George Jaeger and their daughter Marion. They were married in the US.
I've attached here, what I'm guessing is her baptismal record although I can't understand why they would misspell the parish name. It is in two pieces.
Thank you!

There is one mistake. She was confirmed I believe in Ireland in 1894 so she would have immigrated to the US sometime after that. Thanks.

Hi my Grandmother was a McNally and her great, great Grandfather was John McNally from Longford Ireland
He was born in 1763 and immigrated to the USA, then enlisting into a Military regime in 1813 in Thetford, Vermont.
He died in 1830 and is buried in Charlotte co, New Brunswick. I have found that most Irish famalies lived in close proximity to each other.Perhaps your ancestor is related to our John.
John also had a son John in the USA and the 2nd John had several sons in the USA with names John, james, Arthur, etc
Arthur would be mygreat ,great grandfather.
My information about John is from My Heritiage .com
Perhaps there is a link?
