Can anyone find a marriage record and/or baptismal record for Elizabeth Francis possibly nee Campbell, born about 1827 in Ireland. She visited Robert Campbell my great great grandfather in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada in 1861, according to the Census. At that time she was aged 34. I'm wondering if there is a family connection. The 1851 Census showed a William Francis aged 7, visited Robert. We are assuming that WIlliam was Elizabeth's son and Robert's nephew. Can you confirm?

I couldn't find a marriage record of Elizabeth Campbell to a surname Francis in any county or year on www.rootsireland.ie/
However there are a few baptisms from Longford around 1827:
26 Feb parish Templemichael Denomination C of I
Parents William Campbell Francis Tanner
Notes "Father was a publican"
There are 2 others both 1832 & R C
