Besides Limerick city, only nine Co. Limerick RC parishes have records back to 1810-1814. I searched the Roots Ireland indexes and did not find any Owen Hayes records around 1814 with a father Thomas.

I did find two Thomas Hayes baptismal records with father Thomas--one in 1817 and the other in 1818. However, when I tried Alice for the mothers first name, I got no record.

More than likely they were married in a parish that does not have existing records back to 1810-1814.

I also checked for the older Thomas and there were baptismal records for a Thomas Hayes in 1779, 1786 and 1791 likely all in Limerick City. No Alice Cummings records.

In case you did not know, the National Library will be putting the RC parish registers online for free searching in the summer of 2015.

I checked the Tithe Applotment listings www.titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie  There are 12 Thomas Hayes listed but without additional information, there is no way of telling if any of the records are for your ancestor.
