Looking for information on my 9th Great Grandfather George Sexton born in County Limerick 1632 died Mass USA 1690.  George was the son of James Sexton 1604-1669 County Limerick and James was the son of Stephen Sexton b 1584 d uk and Allison White 1588-1650

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your query. I am sorry to say that the chances of you finding any record on your family for that time period in Ireland are slim and none. Most if not all the census records were destroyed during the 1916 rising when government buildings were bombed. We rely heavily on church records for information back to 1800 and to find what you are looking for before that can be very rare.

    I am sorry I can not be of help to you. Perhaps you have information of his emigration that may link you to the place in Limerick your 9th grandfather was from. Here are some websites that may be of interest to you:
