  • Hi Sian

There are both a birth & baptism record of Catherine McManus (I searched surname variants also) in Limerick 1865 on www.rootsireland.ie/

    http://ifhf.rootsireland.ie/quis.php?page=1&confirmPageView=Y

rootsireland is now a subscription site.

I got the parish of the baptism - St Johns R C. Yoy nee dot subscribe to get the full record which MAY have her parents' names.

I couldn't find the marriage record I'm afraid.

My 3rd great grandfather was a Jesse Maness - Manus born 1826.  Story goes that he had an accent..  I wonder if he could be part of your line?  Thanks  Frances
