There were many Margaret Carroll civil marriage records to go through. I found two where the groom was Michael Ryan and I eliminated the one in Dublin in 1932. See the 1929 record below. Is this your Margaret? You need to sign-in to see the record.

Hi Roger, many thanks for your reply. Yes, that record is indeed my Michael Ryan and Margaret carroll.. I have found records of their childrens births and deaths but struggling with their last born, a Kathleen, I know she was born in 1941, but she's missing after that, I cannot find anything on her, her where abouts, possible marriage or death, possibly she immigrated, but I cannot pin point as to when and where. Also I was,struggling with Margaret carrolls information. I know she married Michael ryan, they resided in ballylynan.. I found Michaels death cert and his headstone in ballylynan, but his wife Margaret is not buried with him, that I don't understand. I found and ordered a,possible death cert of a Margaret Ryan death in 1947 in Abbeyleix District hospital, but there is no information to give evidence that I have the correct Margaret Ryan. And if it was her, where was,she buried.. It's the small things that is a struggle to put together...

Have you considered that she may have remarried after being widowed. That's what I found with one of my ancestors.
