My grandparents emigrated to the U.S. in the late 1800's, to early 1900 and setteled in Worcester, Massachusett's.
Is there anyone in Kerry familiar with any CARROLL's in Killehenny, Ballybunion, or Scartaglen that may be related?

Have you tried looking in the 1901/1911 census records to see who was still in the area at the time? You can search these online at http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/search/
Do you have any more information on the Carrolls that you can share? The names of parents, siblings, children or the names of any family that remained in the area would be helpful. Do you know of any occupations?
