Since I haven't had any luck with my last post, I thought I would try again. I am looking for any connection to my great grandmothers family in Glenamaddy. The were listed in the 1900 and 1910 censuses. They lived in Shannaugh beg.
Parents..James, Ellen Reilly both died in Glenamaddy. Apparently, they had a farm. According to a letter from Ellen to the family. I haven't found any info.
Children..Patrick, Margaret, Mary, Ellen, Thomas and James.
Patrick was born in 1888 and immigrated to U. S.
Margaret born 1890 and immigrated as well. Married a Ricker.
Mary was my great grandmother. Immigrated in 1911. Married a Cox
Ellen stayed in Glenamaddy and married a Donlon...I can't find anything about her.
Thomas went to England.
James went to England.
Any information would be appreciated.

Kathleen:
Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
I was unable to locate the Ellen Reilly marriage record to Donlon.
I checked the free site www.irishgenealogy.ie and found the death records for James and Ellen Reilly
James died December 21, 1938 and Ellen died two months later on February 25, 1939.
The informants on the two records were Michael and Patrick Donlon. Presumably, one of the two was the husband to Ellen Reilly.
I also found an 1959 death record for a Patrick Donlon and the informant was his widow Ellen so I'm wondering if this is the correct couple https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1959/04354/4127885.pdf
Ellen Reilly Donlon likely died after 1966 because that is the last year of available records although we are expecting 1967-1968 shortly.
