Hi Mary:
i just saw your message. I think that what you might have to do is to scroll down to the end of the page and you will see a box where you might have ticked in the subscriptions section. If you tick below that box in the notifications section, or unstick it as the case may be, you should stop getting the posts.
That should resolve the problem.
