Daniel Kenny c1760 ? d:Killererin, Taum, Galway. Married Mary Enright c:1780 d: Killererin, Taum, Galway. Children John Daniel Kenny c:1780 (m: Mary White), Martin Kenny :1782, Unknown Kenny. John Daniel died in Sixmilebridge, Clare prior to 1841. I have done dna testing with Ancestry and uploaded to Gedmatch SQ3424334 and other sites. Would love to hear from anyone connected to these families!

Have you added Daniel Kenny to the Killererin Ancestors Roll-Call? This will double your chances of discovery.
For Sixmilebridge, you may also like to add Martin Kenny to the Sixmilebridge Ancestors Roll Call and also link it to the parish of Kilfinaghta (for the area surrounding Sixmilebridge).

Hi Dawnie, it looks like Daniel Kenny and Mary Enright are my 4 x great grandparents. My 2 x great grandfather, Michael Kenny (from Sixmilebridge) emigrated to Australia in 1841. I'm interested in information about Daniel Kenny & Mary Enright and their parents and grandparents etc. Also, happy to share descendants of Michael Kenny. Cheers Pat

Hi Pat, lovely to hear from you. Are you on the fb group The descendants of Brigid Purtle 1840? Lots of Kenny/Purtle/Herreen and other cousins on there. I've not researched further back than Daniel Kenny and Mary Enright.
