My great uncle was Patrick Kelly who was born around 1880 and according to my only clue - his obituary - he passed away around Feb. 1, 1962 and was buried in Kilbegnet Cemetery. His wife was Bridget and his sisters were Mary Kelly Bohanan, Anna Kelly and Delia Kelly Kress all of whom left Ireland and immigrated to New Jersey, USA around 1915. Patrick's obituary states that he was a musician who traveled to Australia as well as the USA. Sadly, I do not have any further information. I found the obituary inside my grandmother's prayer book when I was cleaning my mother's house. If anyone has any information, I would be most appreciative. Thank you!

You could also try looking at church records. Most Catholic records are held locally so you may need to write to the local parish priest for possible assistance. My Great, Great Great Grandfather was Hubert T. Kelly born 1831 who married Bridget and had a son Patrick born 1868. I wonder if that is your Patrick. Born in Ballinsloe. His sister Mary was my Great, Great Grandmother.
