Galway, Ireland. Patrick Kelly, B: 21 Nov 1864 Rocklawn, Galway. James Kelley, B: 13 Apr 1867, Claregalway, Galway.

The Claregalway RC records start in 1849 (any earlier records are not available). So we will not be able to find info on Thomas Kelley (baptismal/marriage records) since those events predate 1849.
The 1856 Griffiths valuation head of household listing does not list a Thomas Kelly/Kelley so either he was deceased by then or the holding he was leasing was too small to be shown on the Griffiths.
