Charles Married Mary Ann McPolin 6 Feb 1863 in Kilcoo Co Down
Charles Died 7th Aug 1904 in Tullyree Byransford Co Down
would love to know if he had any other siblings

You don't mention the religious denomination for the family. Assuming they were Catholic, records for Tullyish RC parish start in 1833 around the time Charles was born. The Tullyish reocrds are not on Roots Ireland.
Next summer the National Library plans to pu the Catholic parish registers online for free searching. At that time you can search the Tullyish records and look for siblings.
In case you don't have it, here is the 1901 census record for Charles and his family. Mary Ann was deceased.

Mary likely died in 1898.
