Am trying to find information about 3 x ggmother, Dorothy Cairns [do not know her maiden name] married to John Cairns. She was born around 1786 in Northern Ireland and died 6 Sept 1856 in Comber area, Down. John was also born in Northern Ireland in 1772 and died 25 Oct, 1851. That's a;; I know and I'm not sure it's correct - any help appreciated

In the meantime, I did a search for Cairns in Griffith?s Valuation. This is a property valuation survey carried out in Ireland 1848-64.Here are the Cairns that were recorded in Comber:
