Looking for the birth and family of my Great Grandmother
Bridget HASSEN Feb 1863 in Londonderry some where?
I only have her NZ marriage certificate that says she was born in Londonderry and her parents where John HASSEN (farmer) Catherine MULLIN.
she couldn't spell so I don't know if the spelling is correct for her mother.
So after some advise on where to start looking for her family??

I was going through cemeteries in Derry looking for McCloskeys and saw lots of Hassons in the Feeny Catholic cemetery. Also some in St Patrick's in Dungiven.
