Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
There is a townand called Tulla (Tullach in Irish) in the civil parish of Faughanvale so maybe that's it? Do you know what religion he was? There is a Thomas 'McWilliams' RC church burial record listed on rootsireland.ie for the parish of Desertmartin, Derry dated 13th July 1855 and this could be your Thomas but I can't say for sure.
The address/townland is given as Moneyshanere. Moneyshanere is approximately 25 miles from Faughanvale.
Let me know what you think
Best wishes
Clare Doyle
