This is more modern history - but I went to school with an Anne Hawthorne 1950's to 1960's.  They lived on a farm right behind the Cumber Presbytarian Church - it wasn't that long ago - someone around there might know of them.  They would have attended that church or the nearby Church of Ireland - maybe try Find A Grave - and get someone to go look...!?  Cheers...Lyn
