Hello, I'm trying to get more info about my 3rd great-grandfather/grandmother Patrick (1790 - ) and Eliza (1789 - 1826) Healy. They lived in Doneraile before their emmigration to Canada in 1825 (The Peter Robinson Settlement). The children's names are Mary, Thomas D., Judith, Ellen, John, Eliza, and Margaret. I'm specifically trying to find any record of Patrick and Eliza's marriage in church records, or if there are any records of baptism for the children. I'd really like to find out Eliza's last name was, and if there are any other family members listed in records with them in the parish of Doneraile prior to 1825. If anyone knows of any links, or places I could visit to find more info it would be much appreciated.

Thank you!

  • I forgot to mention that I believe Patrick and Eliza may have been married as early as 1805. Thank you.

    Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!

I located two possible records on Roots Ireland for Ellen and Margaret and their mother was Elizabeth Carroll. Here is a link to the Doneraile RC register. http://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0044   I would search for the other records
