The baptismal records for Liscannor RC parish start in June 1843. I searched for Thomas in the May 1844 records and did not see his record. Possibly he was born earlier. Here is a link to the parish register

I then searched for other Conway baptismal records in Liscannor from 1843-1853. There were about ten records but none had parents John Conway and Honora Linnane.

I looked at the 1855 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Kilmacrehy and there were two Conway records in Ballysteen townland including a John. Possibly this is your ancestor.

Thanks! I'm going by Thomas' death cerrtificate here in the States. I would like to think it's accurate, but anything is possible.
