This is a long shot; but I may have stumbled across a Convery Family Cemetery plot.  The attached pdf lists the name and consecutive plot number for each Convery.

Here is the Dropbox link with more detailed information on each individual grave::  https://www.dropbox.com/s/lymh4eiok8pue13/%23%23CONVERY%20-%20Famuily%2…

Is it possible to locate the grave site?    I tried using the below information; but had no idea what I was looking at:

C855002Grid Reference - C855002 00200

X : 28550
Y : 409200

Latitude :    5804.742450
Longitude : -6.6697419

Location:  Maghera BT46 5

RAddress (near) :  A42, Maghera, BT46 5

Grid Finder:  http://irish.gridreferencefinder.com/?gr=C8550000200|C855002|1&v=h

As always, many thanks.

  • Hello cmatyckas

Not sure which of the three burial grounds your Convery people are located but the street view of the area surrounds the The Old Rectory, Maghera, Derry, Northern Ireland

A search facility for burials at http://www.discovereverafter.com/graveyards/17/st-lurachs-church-of-ire… does not reveal any results . It may be that the burials are actually in the grounds of the priory or not covered by the criteria used for the St Lurachs site.
