Looking for Family Tree infromation for a Hugh E. Kiernan, born 1794 in Kileshandra, County Cavan, Ireland. Went to USA in early 1800's and married an Eleanor Richards on 4/23/1822 in Maryland, USA.
Any information is appreciated.

It may be difficult to find records pertaining to High as the reality of finding documentation pertaining to births/baptisms/marriages/deaths in Ireland prior to 1800 ? particularly in rural areas ? is that they simply may not exist. For example Catholic records for the parish do not start until 1835:
Generally Church of Ireland records have an earlier start date as this was the official church of the country at the time. Most surviving Church of Ireland records are still held by the local clergy, although some are in the National Archives of Ireland and others are in the Representative Church Body Library in Dublin.
