This appears to be John Gardiner in 1911, when he was still single but working as a dentist:

And in 1901:

They were married in Jul-Sept 1912 Cootehill Volume 3, page 117.
Possible death for Margaret registered in Cootehill Jan ? Mar 1934 Volume 3, page 57, born c 1889.
Possible death for John registered in Cootehill, Apr ? Jun 1958 Vol 3, page 54, aged 75.

Thanks for your information,I believe she was buried possibly in middle chapel Cootehill would there be any information on burial plot

According to this site, there are no Gardiner gravestones in Middle Chapel, nor indeed in any of the graveyards on their site in Co Cavan. If you think Maggie is there, I suggest your write to the pp. He may have access to burial records. (This site only lists gravestones. There are obviously other burials with no stone).

Hi Ken,
There was a tradition that women went back to their own families to be buried, so if you knew where she was from you might find her there. The marriage cert may give you her last address and the name of her father dead or alive..
When you get the death certificates for John, as he died last, hopefully it will be a family member that was the informant, & if it is a family member that information will be given, which will give you another lead for the family.
There are still Gardiners's in Cootehill and I went to an online phone book & found a number, you will find it here. You are lucky it is not a common name..

Hi Ken,
Carolina, is not too far out from Cootehill town, so it is reasonable to expect them to be buried in, Middle chapel, however there is an old graveyard out at Drumgoon and if they had a family plot they could be there, it is quite a few miles from me and dark short days & nasty weather is not encouraging me at the moment to head out there. Now I cant find her in 1901, I think I found William in Dublin as a Drapers Assistant....

So they family could still have a plot in Monaghan, as William states as Monaghan to be his birthplacebe I see his mother states Co Kildare as her birthplace, I believe that is a mistake as my GGgrandmother was born in Kill, Cootehill and the census states her birthplace as Co. Kildare, the enumerator misthinking Kill for Kildare, which is a long way from Cootehill. When looking at the Census, Scotland pops up as a prominant place of birth, so I guess the name originated from there.
James died in 1907, I found this on the calender of wills, if you got to see the letters of administration, you never know what information you may glean http://www.willcalendars.nationalarchives.ie/search/cwa/index.jsp
