the children I can not find Mary Jane married Robert Hughes on 22 Nov 1855 at Tynan Coi, Armagh
John Cowan b1838 married Rachel Hasting B 1838 daughter of Thomas Hasting in Lislooney Presbyterian church Tynan on Oct 30, 1857, her brother Joseph Hasting married Margaret Cowan sister to John born 1843 they married Aug 1861 in the Drumhillery Presbyterian Church also in Tynan , Armagh after marriages I can not find much on them I do believe Joh and Rachel moved to Belfast Ireland and had a daughter Elizabeth Milligan Cowan 1870 and William 1865, Thomas John Cowan 1873 any help would be wonderful Thank you jane Teskey (Cowan)

Children that I can see for John Cowan & Rachel Hastings are:
William 13.6.1865
Elizabeth Milliken 29.6.1868 (presumably died by April 1870)
Elizabeth Milliken 29.4.1870
Thomas John 12.7.73
There may well have been children between 1858 and 1863 but that was before birth registration, so no birth certs. You would need to search church baptism records to locate them, and to do that you would need to know which church they attended.
There are trees on Ancestry which have John Cowan dying 1889 and Rachel in 1894 in Belfast. However I cannot see death certificates that match that information. There was a Rachel Cowan death registered in Belfast in 1894 but she was a spinster, so clearly not your family. Possibly someone has guessed the event.
This could be John Cowan’s death in 1874. You would need to check the workhouse admission records in PRONI to see who his next of kin was:
