Looking for information on the family of William Mallon and Mary nee Mcginn. They are my GG grandparents, son Joseph born 1865 married Margaret nee Holmes and the had 11 children and according to 1911 census only 6 surviving. They were listed as trvellers and information available shows they had children in Greenock (Scotland), Armagh, Antrim, Waterford and Cork. They looked to have settled in the Gorbals area of Glasgow. Any information on William or siblings of Joseph would be appreciated.

As you can see from the link below, Killevy is a Civil Parish in Co. Armagh:
Church of Ireland records for the parish are lost while records for the corresponding Roman Catholic Parishes of Killevy Lower (Bessbrook) begin in 1835 and Killevy Upper (Cloghogue) begin in 1832 and Domintree begin in 1853.
There are some places where you can search online, however these websites do not have complete collections and many do not cover the period after 1900:
www.familysearch.org has a huge database of genealogical records including some church records for Ireland.
www.rootsireland.ie have a large collection of Irish Church records, however you have to pay to use this site.
www.nidirect.gov.uk/family-history the General Register Office of Northern Ireland
Other important sources include the Tithe Applotment Books and Griffith?s Valuation. Even though these sources only record the head of the household, the information is very important and can be valuable:
