Cnoc na Gaoithe Cultural Centre was the former home of the Sister of Mercy Convent in Tulla. The Convent was donated by the Mercy Order in 2010 to the local Ceoltoiri branch in oreer to promote the music of East Clare. To this end, the centre is used for music lessons, dance competitions and traditional music weekends.
