You say that Robert’s wife may have come from Clough, Gilford. These are 2 separate places. Clough is in the parish of Loughinisland and Gilford is in the parish of Tullylish.
I noticed that there was a Hamilton & a Benjamin Walker in the parish of Seapatrick on this site:

The dates appear to be later than your family but the names are fairly unusual and given that families often repeated names, there might be a connection. I also note one Benjamin married a Magee.
You'll need to search church records to trace the births and marriages (assuming these events took place in Ireland). You haven’t said what denomination the Walker family were. You can see what church records exist of each of the 3 parishes possibly connected to your family, in the PRONI church catalogue. The RC parish records are on-line free on the National Library site:

For the others you will probably need to get someone to make a visit to PRONI in Belfast to look them up.

Knocknagore is in Tullylish parish. Their RC records start in 1833 and are on-line free on the National Library site:

If you think the family might have been Quaker, then their Irish records are on-line on findmypast. There is also a set in PRONI in Belfast, but you need to go in person to look them up. Quakers do not allow mixed marriages. So both parties had to be Quakers to marry in that denomination.
