Your note indicates that you were interested in James Palmer and his Irish family. The 1911 civil marriage record shows that the father of James Palmer was Philip Palmer who was a mechanic. I checked the 1911 census and do not see any Philip Palmer records anywhere in Ireland where Philip is over 40. The 1911 census does not show the names of soldiers, only their initials. There are so many soldiers, it would be a very difficult effort to find possible JP records. By the way, from what I saw almost all of the soldiers were born in England. So was James born in England or Ireland and if Ireland do you know the county?
If he was born in England, we will not be able to assist you since our focus is people who were from Ireland. Thanks!
