Howard:
Col has provided you with a number of records and leads. I found two records: the 1901 census record for Patrick and Mary plus the civil death record for Patrick that you referenced. I did not find Mary in the 1911 census or in the civil death records site at the free site www.irishgenealogy.ie The fact that we cannot find any baptismal records or civil birth records for the children is surprising. Possibly Mary was the only child born after 1863 when civil registration started. Also, the baptisms may have been held in a parish that does not have records before 1865 e.g. Oran the parish to the north of Fuerty.

Dear Memitchill:
Thank you for your query. We have a local volunteer who has a lot of work done on the local history in the Fuerty area. I have forwarded this post to him and he may be able to add further information to you query.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Kind regards,
Jane.

I am aware that you contacted a volunteer for "Ireland Reaching Out" and he responded to me. His name is Tim Duke. Is that the volunteer you have contacted? He had trouble with his e-mail account so he has not responded back to me. Here is my response to him.
Tim,
"I would like to hear back from you to see what you have found in regard to other Mulvihill connected families. My Great Grandmother stayed in touch with the family after she left Ireland but she never did travel back to Ireland to see them. She recorded two death in her family bible which were two brothers, Patrick and John Mulvihill. Patrick died December of 1887 in Roscommon, and John died October of 1887 in England. I have a baptismal record for a Patrick Mulvihill whose parents were Michael Mulvhill and Mary Terrel. Baptized 8 Feb 1840. Witnesses were Pat Fallon and Mary Cleaton. There is a Fallon family in Fuerty. Tom Fallon lives in Lissacarrow Townland. We met him when we were there in 1999. We made a repeat visit, June of 2005. Tom's property was very close to where our family lived. It was called Mary Dare's field. We also visited the cemetery at the old church in Fuerty. We can't determine the family ties of the people buried there with the names of Mulvihill. I wrote down the names of those tombstones. I did find the birth record for my Great Grandmother, in the town of Roscommon, and also a death record of Patt Mulvihill died in NOv 1903. at Sacred Heart Hospital in Roscommon. He died at the age of 65. The 1901 Census revealed Pat Mulvihill and Mary Mulvihill. at Lissacarrow. My Great Grandmother was Mary Elizabeth Mulvihill baptism was recorded as April 1866. at Liscara. As I think of more information I'll pass it along. There is supposed to be a man there that knows much about the people there. His name is Albert Siggins of Castlestrange. There is some information that might connect the name of John Mulvihill that would connect Patrick Mulvihill of the 1901 Census at Lissacarrow. That is my family. I have old family letters. Patrick was a stone mason. Not too uncommon a profession considering all the stone fences. They were also literate.
Jane, Maybe you can contact him again and give him this information if he hasn't already read it. If he would rather respond via Mail. My address is
9754 West Euclid Drive, Littleton, Colorado 80123 USA.
