Hello!

I'm trying to find information about my 3rd great-grandmother, Ellen Mullaly, who I believe likely came from Milltown. I had very, very little to start with other than knowing she was born around 1835, arrived in the mid-1850's, and married into a well-known family of Irish immigrants in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania named Broughal.

Looking into vital records, I found that she was buried next to a Michael 'Morris' Mullaly who, based on his birthdate, probably was her brother. Looking through birth records on Roots Ireland, I found a Michael Mullaly and sister Ellen, born to parents Patrick Mulally and Mary Mulligan in Milltown. The dates line up, and in the case of Michael, a mid-February birthdate corresponds to what is on his military records (even though the year is a bit off).

It looks like there may have been a handful of other sibings as well, as I found bapstisms for Catherine, Thomas, Esther, Margaret, and Patrick to this same couple. Given that, is anyone else familiar with this family? Does anyone know if the rest of the family stayed or emigrated as well? I can't narrow their origins down any further than Milltown and don't know much about the area. The sponsors to all the baptisms are either Mullalys, Mulligans, Daltons, or Brennans so that seems to have been who they were close to.
