Fionn,
I attach a copy of the relevant entry - No. 19 close to No 20.
I have been unable to decipher the numbers. I have not seen similar before.

McCoy

Fionn:
Ash Wednesday in 1844 was February 21. There were 27 marriages in Cootehall from February 12-20. Possibly those numbers had nothing to do with Bartholomew and Anne but rather they were a summary of money collected for celebrating the marriages.
